Returns

Please use the online submission form (see below) for easy handling of returns.   We will issue store credit / refunds in accordance with the following conditions:   

  • Return requests must be submitted online using the form below within 21 calendar days of order date 
  • Product must be unworn and unwashed with original tags attached
  • All sale items and international orders are final
  • If an item was purchased before it was on sale, the credit/refund issued back is for the current sale price
  • Returns without an authorization number may be issued a return to sender or receive store credit only

Holiday Return Policy

  • Return requests must be submitted online using the form below by January 1, 2020
  • Product must be unworn and unwashed with original tags attached

Buy 2 Get 1 Return Requests (Black Friday / Cyber Monday)

  • Size exchange requests subject to availability
  • For a full refund, group of 3 items (as part of B2G1) must be returned
  • Returning 2 of 3 items will result in a refund of 1 item
  • For returning 1 item, size exchange only will be available
  • Store credit to be issued if exchange item requested unavailable at time of return receipt

We are happy to set up exchange orders per availability when your return is received.  Please include a note in your return submission requesting desired exchange.
